My Journey
2013
Managing teams for success
As a passionate leader and business enthusiast, I focused my skills on what I knew best. However, I discovered that my strengths extended beyond leadership and operational expertise. Over time, I realised I could share technical knowledge and form lasting relationships with those who were seeking a trustworthy adviser for their life savings.
Began supporting clients with a more proactive approach
I pivoted my business focus, concentrating on helping clients navigate the vast financial landscape. I focused on demonstrating my ability to empower their financial decisions as an employee in medium - large Corporate organisations.
